Otis Marcelia Goudeau, born on September 19, 1927, and a resident of Covington, 
Louisiana for the past 58 years passed away on November 10, 2016. 

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Lucille, his son and daughter-in-law, 
Billy and Wanda Goudeau, and his two daughters, Julia Daniel and Jill (Gigi) 
Goudeau. 

Otis was preceded in death by his older son, Otis Ray (Butch) Goudeau.   

Otis had six grandchildren: Russell, Ann, Renee, Kendall, Marie, and Jacob. He 
had eleven wonderful great-grandchildren. 
He is also survived by two sisters, Marceline Jackson of Big Cane, Jackie 
Saucier of Kathleen, Georgia, and two brothers, Alfred Goudeau, Jr., of 
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Clyde Goudeau of Osyka, Mississippi.   

Otis was a cowboy, and he loved what he did. He shared his knowledge of cattle 
and horses with many people throughout his life. His wisdom influenced others. 
His personal beliefs to work hard, be honest, and help others along the way 
made a difference to all who knew him.    

The funeral service for Otis will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 
12:00 PM in the Chapel of Bagnell and Son Funeral Home located at 75212 Lee 
Road, Covington, LA 70435. Visitation from 10:00 AM until service time.   

Burial will immediately follow at Eternal Rest Cemetery.
