Graff, at the age of 92, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 5, 2016. He was a native Of New Orleans and Resided in Mandeville La. He was preceded in death by his son Lawrence Graff Jr., Jacqueline Graff, Juanita Graff, and Irene Graff. Lawrence is Survived by his two Daughters Julie Pitard and Darlene Finnan, his son -in-laws Chuck Pitard and Michael Finnan Sr. He is also Survived by 10 Grandchildren; Michael, Stephen (Celeste), Brain (Tina), Heather (Keith), Lauren (Donny), Larry (Flor), Jason (Elenore), Justin (Christy), Jarett (Karen),Lily and 15 great grandchildren. Larry served in the Merchant Marines during WWII. He was a member of the Gideons, where he participated in prison ministry, bringing many to accept the Lord as their Savior. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. His main passions in life was gardening and music. He played the harmonica, banjo, guitar, and violin. Larry was a member of the banjo group called “Two banjo’s plus one” where he played on riverboats and volunteered at retirement centers and nursing facilities. Larry was loved by many people. He was a kind heart that lit up a room wherever he went. The most admirable thing about him is that he was able to minister to people and led countless people to Christ. Larry will be sorely missed by his family and friends. With grateful hearts, we thank St. Catherine Hospice for their loving support. Special thanks to Melissa and Alicia, who went above and beyond their job responsibilities. A funeral service will be held on Thursday November 10, 2016 at 11:00am with a visitation from 10:00am till service time.
