Elizabeth “Betty” Boyce Young, age 94, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Monday, 
November 1, 2016.

Beloved wife of the late Ray J. Young, Sr.
Mother of Kathy M. Young and the late Ray J. Young, Jr. (Cyndy);
Daughter of the late Frank M. Boyce and Elizabeth Austen Boyce.
Sister of the late Frank Boyce III.

Also survived by 2 grandchildren, Sean and Jared Young, 5 great grandchildren, 
Ian, Quinn, Lola, Lily, Riley.

A graduate of Reagan High School in Houston, Tx., and she was a former Director 
on the Board of the Louisiana Women’s Bowling Association.

She retired from the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development in Washington, D.C.

She retired, with her husband Ray, to Eden Isles in 1984, where she served as 
Director of the Eden Isles Security Committee.

For anyone who knew her well, May 1st will never be the same!

Memorial Services will be announced at a later date.
