Beloved wife for 61 years of the late Anthony J. “Tony” Engolia. Survived by her sons Glenn Engolia (Janine), Gary Engolia (Marianne), Gregory Engolia (Denise) and Grady Engolia, grandchildren Gina Abbas (Ali), Joelle Engolia (Kyle Dunbar), Corey Cochrane, Lori Engolia, Lesley Engolia, Christopher Engolia, Ryan Engolia (Katy) and Blake Engolia, great-grandchildren Thomas Rose V and Jayde Engolia, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents Walter J. LeBlanc and Sarah H. Peters, her step-father, Harold A. Peters, her sister Jean L. Aiello, and a grandson Michael Engolia. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Joyce graduated from Francis T. Nicholls High School in New Orleans and in her earlier years was an avid bowler and bridge player. Joyce was born in Mobile, AL and was a resident of Slidell, LA for the past 29 years. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The family would like to thank the staff of Park Provence, Integra Care Medical Staffing, Ochsner Medical Center Northshore, and Passages Hospice for their care and kindness. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass at 11:00am on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd. West (U.S. Highway 190 West), Slidell, LA 70460. Visitation will be from 9:00am until the time of the Mass. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital are preferred. ===================
