Rosemarie Foil passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at the age of 79.

Beloved wife of the late William C. Foil. Loving mother of Susan Foil, 
Christine DeCourcy, Hattie Foil, Helen Lawrence, William Foil and Maggie 
Williams. Step-mother of Brett Holder. Sister of Paul Merten. Grandmother of 
Samantha DeCourcy, Tiffany DeCourcy, Katherne Lawrence, Shawnee Lawrence, 
William Omar Foil, III and Annabelle Williams. She is also survived by two 
great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. 
Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Monday, 
February 13, 2017 at 10:00 AM with visitation on Monday beginning at 9:00 AM.

Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery, 400 Veterans Ave., Biloxi, 
MS 39531 at 1:30 PM.
