She was born to Henry and Marie Pierson on August 27, 1942 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Following graduation from Sacred Heart Academy, she studied at Barat College during which time she served as Queen of the Krewe of Achaeans. In 1962 she married Charles Frederick Imm, II and moved to Ohio where they raised four children: Charles P. Imm (Christine), Patrick R. Imm, Michael N. Imm (Gina), and Jeanne Imm Murray. Retiring from David & Lee Modeling Agency in Cleveland, Ohio. Peggy moved to Abita Springs, Louisiana. She loved and adored her six grandchildren, Rebecca Rettew (Michael), Matthew Imm, Maxwell and Madison Imm; Pierson and Charlotte Murray and her Great Granddaughter and Namesake, Ava Margaret Rettew; she spent time with her brothers David Pierson (Mary), Michael Pierson (Sidney), and Patrick Pierson. Abita Springs is where Peggy began her creative endeavors in earnest. She became a fixture on Lee Lane and Rutland Street in Covington and was the owner of the Rutland Street Gallery. Peggy was active in her community as an election worker, trained as a museum docent and participated in the Covington Business and Art Associations. An avid gardener, Peggy participated in the St. Tammany Garden Club. Perhaps her greatest joy was cooking for and entertaining her many friends and family. She will be greatly missed by all her friends and family. She was the best Mother, Grandmother and friend. She was truly FABULOUS! A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on March 4, 2017, at Our Lady of Peace Chapel, St. Paul's School Campus, 917 South Jahncke Avenue, Covington, Louisiana. ===================
