Morris Joseph Reeson Sr, age 67, a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish, and 
a resident of Slidell, LA, for the past twelve years, passed away on Wednesday, 
February 22, 2017, in Slidell.

Mr. Reeson was preceeded in death by his parents: Curles and Dorothy Reeson.

He is survived by his wife: Peggy Orillion Reeson; four children: Gina Reeson 
Chautin (Donald), Kristen Reeson Livaudais (Chris), Morris Joseph Reeson Jr., 
and Devin Curt Reeson (Jacob); two brothers: Curles P. Reeson Jr., Terry J. 
Reeson; three sisters: Barbara Reeson Heine, Marjorie Reeson Haydel, and Karen 
Reeson Fernandez; five grandchildren: Shelby Chautin, Jake Chautin, Colin 
Livaudais, Lexie Livaudais, and Dylan Reeson.

Mr. Reeson retired from AT&T and was formerly employed with Textron and CSC. He 
was also a United States Marine Corp Veteran.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.
Visitation will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN 
FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Friday, March 3, 2017 from 11:00am until 
1:30pm.

Graveside services will be held at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, in 
Slidell, at 2:00pm.
