Sylvia Waguespack Ritter passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at her home 
in Folsom, LA. 
She was born on September 24, 1940 in New Orleans, LA to the late George 
Waguespack, Sr. and Theresa Ann Robert Waguespack.

Sylvia is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Roy T. Ritter, Jr. 
She was the loving mother of Skip Ritter and Jeanne Rovira. 

She is reunited in Heaven with her son, Mark A. Ritter and grandson, Jeremy 
Haydel. 

Sylvia was proud of her 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. 

She was the sister of Velma Bridevaux, George Waguespack, Jr., Leonard 
Waguespack, Edgar Waguespack, James Waguespack, and Theresa Bishop.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Service at E.J. Fielding 
Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Thursday, February 
23, 2017 at 12:00 Noon with visitation from 10:00 AM until service time. 

Interment will be at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, Covington, LA.
