Lana “Suzie” Corcoran, 74, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Thursday, March 23, 
2017, in Slidell. 

Suzie was preceded in death by her parents: Ulysses and Gussey Coleman; a 
daughter: Michelle McCann; one brother: John Coleman; and two sisters: Nita 
McSpadden, and Verna Moody.

She is survived by her husband: Dale Corcoran Sr.; one son: Dale Corcoran Jr. 
(Amy); five sisters: Barbara Beerman, Annie Willis, Betty McMillan, Patty 
Williamson, Fay Roundtree; one grandchild: Sam McCann; and a son-in-law: Rhett 
McCann.

A native of Athens, Tennessee, and a resident of Slidell since 1989, she was 
the owner of Self Image Family Hair Care in Metairie.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.

Funeral Services will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST 
(IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 11:00 
A.M.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday beginning at 9:00am.
