Christian Enclade, Jr.,  age 93, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Thursday, March 
23, 2017.

Beloved husband of the late Gloria Mae Kinchen Enclade and Companion  of 25 
years to the late Mary Cavaliere.
Son of the late Christian Enclade, Sr. and Louise Lightell Enclade.
Father of Jane Enclade Macke and the late Donna Enclade Dragon.
Father-in-law of Kenny Dragon and Merlin Macke, III.
Brother of the late Louis Martinez, Hilda Stann, Eunice Charles, Rita Dourrieu, 
Anthony Enclade and Vincent Enclade.
Also survived by 2 grandchildren, Melissa Dragon Kellum(John), Tricia Renee 
Macke(Miguel Pena) and 2 great grandchildren, Zavien A. Kellum and Merlin E. 
Macke, IV.

A native of New Orleans, a longtime resident of Violet and a resident of 
Slidell for the past 10 years.

He was retired from Kaiser Aluminum after 30 years.
He was a member of the Steel Workers Union.
He served in WWII in the U.S. Army, where he was a rifleman with 91st Division 
and served in three campaigns and awarded a Bronze Star.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral
Services at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN 
CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 12:30 P.M.

Interment in the Southeast La. Veterans Cemetery.

Visitation on Friday after 10:30 A.M. until funeral time
