Richard S. Hursey, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2017, he 
was 80 years old.

Beloved husband of the late Grace Johnson Hursey.
Father of Richard S. Hursey, Jr. (Lori Calamari); David O. Hursey (Kay Duhon); 
Tami H. Melancon(Louis Melancon, Sr.).
Son of the late Sheldon Hursey and Fritzie Lockfield Hursey.
Brother of Miles Hursey; the late: Jans F. Hursey; and Suzanne H. Strahan.
Also, survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services 
at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 400 Westchester Blvd., Slidell, LA on 
Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 11:00 A.M.

Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Slidell, LA.

Visitation at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 
from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M.
