Robert W. Pegues, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at the age of 75.

Beloved husband of Pamela J. Pegues. Loving father of Geoffrey W. Pegues, 
Daniel W. Pegues, and Jessica A. Pegues. Son of the late Margarette Bankston 
Pegues and Paul Leonard Pegues. Grandfather of Hailey A. Miller, Riley W. 
Pegues, Ashlyn S. Rabalais, Lillie S. Rabalais, and Dylan A. Pegues.

Mr. Pegues was a U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran and was in the U.S. Marine 
Corps Band and played Taps for the Unknown Soldier Tomb in Japan. Mr. Pegues 
graduated from LSU with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business 
Administration. He was a longtime General Contractor in the construction 
industry.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at St. Jane de 
Chantal Catholic Church, 72040 Maple St., Abita Springs, LA 70420 on Wednesday, 
April 19, 2017 at 1:00 PM.

Interment will follow at a private location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Pegues to be 
made to the Veterans Organization of your choice.
