James Albert Hamilton, age 92, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Friday, April 28, 2017.

Beloved Husband of the late Dorothy P. Hamilton
Father of DeLane H. Jung (Michael), James L. Hamilton (Daniel) and the late Steven L. Hamilton.
Son of the late Albert G. Hamilton and Lillie Bayliss Hamilton.
Brother of the late Louise McClendon, Thomas C. Hamilton, Anita Faulk and Ann Robertson.
Also survived by five grandchildren, Elizabeth Capdepon, Julia Colvin, Victoria Jones, Alexandra Jung, Steven Jung; and two great-grandchildren: Evelyn Colvin, Emma Grace Jones, and the late Brody Jones.

A native of Jackson, TN., and a U.S. Navy World War II veteran.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Graveside
Services at FOREST PARK CEMETERY, 3700 St. Vincent Ave, Shreveport, La. on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
