REAVIS, BETTY L. 

On Thursday April 13, 2017 Betty L. Reavis age 61 of Slidell, LA passed away. 

She is survived by her children Desiree Miller, Jessie Reavis, Jr., and Truman 
Lee Reavis, her grandchildren Alona Leigh Reavis, Brittany Colleen Miller, 
Raven Raye Spears, Jasmine Leanna Reavis, Jackson Reavis, and Jessie Reavis 
III, her siblings Mary Johnson, James Lynn Mickey, Truman Lee Haslip, Bobbie 
Colgin, Bonnie Jo Myers, Robin Hall, Carol Brewer, Minnie Lee Brewer, Richard 
Brewer, Ronald Brewer, and Linda Kay Brewer, and a host of nieces and nephews. 

Betty is preceded in death by her husband Jessie Reavis Sr., her parents Truman 
and Bobbie Haslip, and her sons Joseph Thomas Brewer, Robert Cole Brewer, and 
David Wayne Brewer.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday April 20, 2017 at 2 pm from the 
chapel of D.T. Williams Funeral Home 67525 Hwy 41 Pearl River, LA 70452.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 12 pm until 2 pm. 

Interment to follow at Hickory Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Pearl River, LA.
