SPEARS, DOROTHY JEAN 
Died: Thu., Apr. 6, 2017

Dorothy Jean Spears a resident of Slidell, Louisiana; was called home on 
Thursday, April 6, 2017, at the age of 72. 

Daughter of the late Arnold M. Humphrey and Thelma Otwell.  Mother of Gregory 
and Robert Spears of Slidell, Louisiana.  Beloved grandmother of Ashley and 
Candice Paredes, Raven Spears, Brittany Miller, and Joshua Fellon.  Sister of 
the late Arnold M. Humphrey and Patricia Crays of Petal, Mississippi.  She also 
survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  

Dorothy Spears was a well-loved woman who will be remembered for generosity and 
her care free spirit.  

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service 
Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 11a.m.- 1 p.m. at First Pentecostal Church, 388 
Robert Blvd, Slidell, Louisiana, 70458.
