He was surrounded by his loving wife Linda, and his children. Glen was born on February 1, 1932 in New Orleans LA. He was the son of the late Riley Glen and Edith Armantrout and brother to the late Mary Claire Bergeron. Glen graduated in 1962 from the University of Loyola, a Doctor of Dental Surgery. He was a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Fraternity, a fraternity based on scholastic ability, leadership and professional qualities. Dr. Glen owned and operated a family oriented thriving dental practice in Metairie LA until 1996, where he retired to his dream farm in Poplarville, MS, where he was a dedicated member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He is survived by his devoted wife Linda Minden Armantrout, his sons Timothy, Sean (Drionne) Kevin (Amanda) Glen III (Giselle) and Matthew (Rhonda). His daughters; Mary Claire Armantrout (Don) and Katie Kaough (Jody). His son Terrence preceded him in death in 1989. Dr. Glen Armantrout has 15 beloved grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He is also survived by many loving friends and relatives who have been an integral part in his life. Service will be held on Thursday May 18th, 2017, at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 501 Most Holy Trinity Drive, Covington, LA. 70433. Visitation is from 10-12 followed by a celebration of a mass and of Glen’s life at 12:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, Glen requested donations be made to The Wounded Warrior Project. This cause changes the lives of 1000’s injured warriors, caregivers, and family members. ===================
