Anthony “Tony” Durelle Dickson passed away at home on Sunday morning, May 7, 
2017, at the age of 49. 

He was born in McKinney, Texas to Dorothy L. McCarthy and resided in Mandeville. 

Tony proudly served in the U.S. Army, Private 1st Class as a Field Surveyor. He 
served for 7 years with honors, receiving the Army Service Ribbon, Overseas 
Service Ribbon, Army Achievement Medal and Marksman Badge Rifle Ribbon. He was 
employed as a Technical Engineering Consultant for Wink, Inc. 

Tony had many passions, he loved to read, enjoyed collecting antiques and 
followed American History. 

Loving husband of Rochelle Dickson. Devoted step father of Matthew Michael 
Guillory, Joshua Joseph Guillory (Amber), Dustin David Guillory (Caitlin). 
Brother of Allan Paul Trotter, and the late Angela Torgerson. Grandfather of 
Hunter, Van, Joby, Jacques and Ella Jane. Also survived by numerous nieces and 
nephews.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on 
Wednesday morning at Serenity Funeral Home, 20419 Highway 36, Covington, LA., at 
10:30 a.m., 

followed by the interment at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Slidell, 

with military honors at 12:00 noon. Visitation on Tuesday evening, May 16, at the 
funeral home, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. 

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to defer funeral costs.
