Gail Hebert Fank passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2017 surrounded by family at 
her home in Madisonville, LA. 

She was born on August 29, 1949 in New Orleans, LA to the late Harden Joseph 
Hebert, Sr. and Doris Lee Hebert.

Gail is survived by her beloved husband of over 50 years, John Leo Fank, Jr. She 
was the sister of Peggy H. Sessions (Alan), the late Mark S. Hebert, and Harden 
J. Hebert, Jr. 
Gail is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 
Mandeville Congregation, 90 Gardenia Dr., Covington, LA 70433 at a later date. 

Interment was held privately at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, 2280 W. 
21st Ave., Covington, LA
