Beloved husband of 39 years to Karen Bossenmeyer Duvieilh. Loving father of Kevin Duvieilh, and wife, Diana. Son of Gloria Bourgeois Duvieilh and the late Camile L. Duvieilh, Jr. Brother of Debbie Lee (Robert), Judy D. Gomila, Warren Duvieilh (Terry), Terry Duvieilh (Candace), and Mary D. Jeanfreau (Frederick II). Uncle to 6 nieces, 5 nephews, and proud son-in-law to Norma H. Bossenmeyer and the late Joseph A. Bossenmeyer Jr. Mr. Duvieilh was a Louisiana native and resident of Bush, LA for the past 3 years. Rick graduated from Chalmette High School in 1972 and later received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from University of New Orleans. He obtained his professional engineering license and was most recently employed with Alion Science and Technology where he proudly served as senior project engineer specializing in marine automation systems. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on June 6, 2017 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 at 2:00PM with visitation starting at 12:00PM until Mass time. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions in memory of Mr. Duvieilh be made to the Multiple System Atrophy Coalition at www.multiplesystematrophy.org. ===================
