James Coyt Lee passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at the age of 86 
following his battle with prostate cancer.

Beloved husband of 60 years to Anita Franco Lee. Loving father of Matthew Lee 
(Heather) and Patricia Lee St. Angelo (Gregory). Son of the late Lena Pearl 
Pearson Lee and Marshall James Lee. Brother of Betty Lee Stanford, Shirley Lee 
Goss, Verla Sue Lee Jones, the late Carl Douglas Lee and the late Joyce Lee 
Frein. Grandfather of Bradley (Haylie), Benjamin, and Allison St. Angelo, 
Patrick, Christian, and Zachary Lee.

Mr. Lee was born on December 11, 1930 in Caesar, MS. He is a veteran of the 
Korean War. After being honorably discharged from the Army in 1953, he returned 
to work for the Southern Railway Company (later Norfolk Southern Corporation) 
until his retirement in 1992. During his retirement, Coyt enjoyed traveling 
with his wife and spending time with his family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at Mandeville 
First Baptist Church, 1895 Hwy 190, Mandeville, LA 70448 on Friday, June 30, 
2017 at 11:00 AM with visitation beginning at 9:00 AM.

Interment will follow in Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Lee to be 
made to the American Cancer Society.
