Michael Ward McClendon passed away Thursday June 8, 2017 at the age of 34. 

Michael is the son of the late Gregory McClendon, grandson of the late Walter 
McClendon and George and Nina Rumsey. 

Survived by his loving mother Sharon McClendon, his son Seth McClendon (Kandi 
Bankston), step father Gary Rawls, by his brother Joshua McClendon, his  
grandmother Betty McClendon and a nephew Jackson Green. Also survived by his 
fiance`  Shanda Honaker and her son Trever Honaker, aunts; Sherri Pittman 
(David), Linda Jamison (David), Penny Rainer (Charles), Karen Davis(Steve), and 
many cousins and family friends.

Michael served his country honorably in the Merchant Marines and was an avid 
outdoorsman whom loved fishing and hunting.

Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Wednesday June 
14, 2017 in the chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home 75212 Lee Road, Covington, 
LA 70435. Friends may call after 5:00 PM services will follow at 8:00 pm
