Charles Roy Shimek, Jr., age 73 of Covington, LA died on Sunday, June 25, 2017, 
at his residence. 

Born, Sunday, April 23, 1944 in Hallettsville, TX to Sr. Charles Roy Shimek and 
Katherine Black Shimek. 

He was a retired electrical engineer with Entergy Corp.

Survived by his Sons - Michael Shimek of Hammond, LA, and Will Shimek and wife 
DeAnna of Nederland, TX, Mother - Katherine Black Shimek of Beaumont, TX, 
Sister - Linda Jean Shimek of Beaumont, TX, Granddaughters - Brooke Shimek, 
Bree Shimek, and Grandson - Blake Shimek all of Nederland, TX.

He was predeceased by his Father - Charles Roy Shimek, Sr., Brothers - Larry 
Shimek, David Shimek, Son - Benjamin Shimek, and Niece - Katie Shimek.

At the families request, there will be no funeral service.
