Stephen Miranne Weil, Sr., age 62, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Monday, June 
5, 2017.

He is survived by his former wife and dear friend, Kristyl Gordon.
Father of Racheal Wiley (Joseph Leslie), Stephen Weil, Jr., Kristina Weil and 
Oscar Gordon.
Son of the late Letitia Miranne Weil and Jay Weil, Jr.
Brother of Cheri Miranne, Jay Weil, III (Catherine), Peter Weil (Jackie),
Tish Fagan (Al), Leslie Bruce (Charles), and Cappy Miranne.

Also survived by 3 grandchildren, Andrew “A.J.” Weil, Marissa Leslie and 
Madelyn Leslie, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins

A native of New Orleans, a resident of Slidell for over 30 years, he served in 
the U.S. Army in Thailand during the Vietnam War. 
He was a former co-owner of Associated Moving and Storage Company and a former 
member of the Krewe of Who Dat.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral
Mass at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, 910 Cross Gates Blvd., Slidell, LA 
on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 11:00 A.M.

Interment in the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Slidell, La. at 1:00 
pm.
Visitation at the church on Friday after 10:00 A.M. until funeral time.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Veterans Charity of your choice, 
preferred..
