Melanie Saling, 54 of New Orleans, LA passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2017. 

She was born August 25, 1962 in New Orleans, LA to the late George Andrew 
Saling and Audrey Ann Luc.

She is survived by her mother Audrey, her three children Stephanie Andrew, 
Kelly Andrew, and Nicole Wyman (Will) and seven grandchildren Daniel Andrew, 
Shawna Andrew, Savannah Andrew, Joseph Wyman, Wade Wyman, Jenna Wyman, and 
Kayla Wyman. She is also survived by her nephew David Saling, Jr. and her 
brother Gerald Saling.

She is preceded in death by her father and her brother David Saling, Sr.

Melanie was born and raised in New Orleans, LA and attended Warren Easton High 
School. She loved to cook large meals for her family and enjoyed doing crafts 
with her grandchildren. Melanie was always willing to lend a helping hand and 
never met a stranger. She will be missed by many.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. 
Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Monday, July 
10, 2017 at 12:00 PM with visitation on Monday beginning at 10:00 AM
