On Sunday July 30, 2017 Douglas James Evans Jr., age 30 of Slidell, LA passed 
away. 

He is survived by his mother and step father Sheri and Willie Lewis , his ex 
wife Kira Evans, 3 sisters Terri Crisler, Amy Lebouef, and Faith Justice 
(Kelly), grandparents Louise Evans, Kathleen and Martin Pederson, nieces and 
nephews, Aurea Fayard, Tracy Gonzales III, Kaylas Fayard, Mikyla Maricich, 
Cheyenne Justice, Brenna Fayard, Renea` Maricich, Cole Justice, Kayla Leleaux, 
and Cindy Leleaux, 2 great nieces Zoe and Alice Thibodeaux, and numerous aunts, 
uncles, and cousins. 

Mr. Evans is preceded in death by his father Douglas Evans Sr. and his 
grandfather Anthony Evans Sr.

Services will be held on Saturday August 5, 2017 from 2 - 4pm from the chapel 
of D.T. Williams Funeral Home 67525 Hwy 41 Pearl River, LA 70452. 
Fellowship at Church of Christ, 994 Old Spanish Trail, Slidell, La., 
immediately following the visitation.
