Amy was born on a special day, December 8, 1989. She was an Honor Graduate of Saint Scholastica High School. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work (LMSW) from LSU. In her true dream job, she was employed by the State of Louisiana as a school based social worker at Plaquemine High School. She was the beloved daughter of Rebecca Trahant Goff and Oscar “Dale” Goff, Jr., sister of Oscar “Chip” Goff, III (Kerry), aunt to Owen Goff, the light of her life, and deeply devoted partner to husband Paul Bosworth, the love of her life. She was the Godmother of Raven Laura Hines, whom she loved dearly. She was granddaughter to Louis A. Trahant, Sr., the niece of Diane Goff Gaston (Winston), Louis A Trahant, Jr (Karen), Bobby Trahant (Evelyn), and Barbara Schayot (Brian). She will be fondly remembered by her many loving cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Mina Radovich Trahant and Oscar and Rita Geagan Goff, Sr., and her Uncle Patrick Goff (Barbara). Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 11345 St. John Church Rd, Folsom, LA 70437 on Monday, August 7, 2017 at 12:00 noon with visitation at church on Monday beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens will be private.
