On Friday, August 25, 2017 June Dakin of Lacombe, Louisiana passed away at the 
age of 91 years. 

June was a artist for years and owned Nutritional Food East for 50 years. She 
attended Village Lutheran Church in Lacombe, Louisiana. 

She is survived by her son Peter Dakin, Jr. (Kathryn) and daughter Kathy Capace 
(Nick). She is also survived by grandchildren; Nicholas Capace (Celeste), Scott 
Capace (Jessica), Meryl Dakin Johnson (Nathan), Christopher Dakin and great 
grandchildren; Ashley Capace, Reagan Capace, Tori Capace, Scott Capace, Jr. and 
Juliette Capace. 

Family and friends are invited to attend the service and reception at Village 
Lutheran Church, located on 29180 Hwy 190, Lacombe, Louisiana 70445 on 
September 9, 2017 at 11:00am with visitation starting at 10:00am. 

Interment will take place at a later date at St. Louis Cemetery number 3. 

In Lieu of flowers donations preferred to Village Lutheran Church or your 
charity of choice.

of arrangements.
