Eleanor Sadie Perkins passed away Saturday Evening August 19, 2017, in Slidell 
LA, at the age of 64. 
She was born in New Orleans and a life-long resident of New Orleans and 
Slidell. 

Mrs. Eleanor loved spending time with family and friends, antique cars and 
traveling. 

Loving wife of the late Harris Perkins for 29 years. Devoted mother of Louis 
Ochoa and Christopher Ochoa. Stepmother of Christina Perkins Carter, Patricia 
Perkins Blakley and Christopher Perkins. Sister of Nunzio Barone. Grandmother 
of Six Grandchildren. 

She is preceded in death by her parents Nunzio and Eleanor Rose Kurtz Barone.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Service on 
Monday August 28, 2017, at 6:00 pm., at Pinewood Ballroom located at 405 
Country Club Blvd, Slidell, La., 70458. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm until 
Service begins.
