MARGUERITTE MENANT SHARP, on Thursday, February 10,  1972, wife of the late
Edgar L. Sharp, Sr., mother of Edgar L. Sharp, Jr., Mrs. Sam Willey of
Pritchards, Ala.,
Mrs. Joe Dust of Mobile, Ala., Mrs. Elton Lala and J. Joseph Sharp, both of
New
Orleans, Mrs. Tom O'Brien of Annandale, Va.; sister of Mrs. H.E. Middleton,
Mrs. Chris
Voelkel, Mrs. Jules Helfritch and Paul Menant, all of New Orleans, La.,
Henry Menant of
Madisonville, La., and the late Mrs. Dominic Leonari; also survived by 22
grandchildren,
9 great-grandchildren, age 81 years, a native of New Orleans, La. and a
resident of
Mandeville, La., for 70 years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.

Services from Schoen Funeral Home, Inc., 1414 South Tyler, Covington, La.,
on
Saturday, February 12, 1972 at 10:30 o'clock a.m. With Requiem Mass at Our
Lady of
the Lake Church.

Internment in Mandeville Cemetery.
