Reber And when you have so done you return a duplicate thereof to this office as the law directs. Given under my hand and seal, this 17th day of December, 1888. T. B. H. Carpenter as principal And T. W. Cameron as surety, acknowledge ourselves indebted unto The Governor of the State of Louisiana in the sum of $200.00 WHEREAS, the above bounden T. H. Carpenter has applied to The Clerk of the 18th Judicial District Court for St. Tammany Parish, La. And has obtained from him a license to marry May J. Reber. Now, the condition of the above obligation is such, that in case, within two years from this date, it should appear that there existed, at the time of granting such license, any legal impediment to said marriage, then in such case, the above obligation shall be null and void, or else it shall remain in full force and virtue.
