The Bible was printed in New York by the American Bible Society in 1866. It 
originally belonged to Martha Isadore Vineyard and had been given to her by 
Miss Josephine Leggett Bolken. The Bible is currently in the possession of 
Jean (Pettitte) Weingartner of Spring, TX. She plans to donate the Bible to 
the Louisiana Archives in Baton Rouge, LA.
