Submitted and copied by Alta M. Douglas and Lila M. Settoon. 12 Oct 1969. ******************************************************* 25 Jun 2000 Belford E. Carver Found Bailey and the 2 headstones are still there. About 0.4 miles north of LA Hwy 40 on Old Uneedus Rd, and just south (50 feet or so) of Hutchinson Lane. Behind some brush and next to the fence of Global Wildlife Center, about 15 feet from the road. Yesterday, while looking for it, someone said it had been destroyed when Global put up the fence. Not so, they are there, but not very visible from the road. ************************************************ File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/la/tangipahoa/cemeteries/bailey.txt
