It is on Jones Island, Sec 5 T9S R9E, Ward 7, at the south end of Tangipahoa Parish, near Lake Ponchartrain. Visited by Doris and Ken Johnston, John Majesty, Ricky Majesty, and Belford Carver on May 12, 2001. (John and Ricky are related to those buried here.) There are only two headstones among the 12 wooden crosses. Family members have given the names of othersburied at this location. In Memory of our beloved brother Joseph J. Barbier, and s/o Henry August Barbier) Steve Jones (Drowned with George Jones, his first cousin, on the way to George's marriage.) George Jones (Drown with Steve Jones, year about 1911. They were on the way to George's wedding.) George Saltzman baby Joe Reno baby, about 1914 (Accidently smothered to death by Alphonse Majesty.) 2 babies of Willie and Marie Saltzman Alphonse Majesty (2/20/1872-2/2/1915) (He put his arm over the Reno baby and smothered it accidently) (Married Conception Dominquez 8/23/1891) Henrietta Willman (Child of Dick Willman and Josephine Barbier) ******** (2nd husband of Josephine Barbier (1872-1949) was Otto Jones. Three children from this union were named Josephine, Otto and George. She was called "Phine".
