On June 21, 2004, I visited with Mr. Mickey Carrier who has a shop across the street. He said these family members were originally buried at the Carrier Cemetery off Carrier Road. He pointed across the highway to some woods and said some evidence of headstones were there. Because of the years involved, very little remains were transferred, he recalled. Later, headstones were replaced in the original burial spot by other family members. Carrier Road is about 12 miles east from I-55 and LA Hwy 16 interchange. Belford Carver)
