MORGAN both residents of Tangipahoa Parish, La, Ocina C.ADDISON, wife of Alonzo BICKFORD now residents of Tangipahoa Parish, Serrina C. ADDISON wife of E.J. HARNEY? Residents of the State of Kentucky and herein represented as per power of attorney By Symmiriah B. ADDISON resident of Tangipahoa Parish, La, Charlotte V. wife of Alfred Martin Residents of Tangipahoa Parish, LA. Julia E. Addison, wife of Benjamin ALVENS? Residents of Tangipahoa Parish La and Symmiriah B. ADDISON resident of Tangipahoa all present heirs of Ira E.ADDISON and Margaret K. ADDISON and being equally in interest in the estate of Ira E. ADDISON died. All by age having arrived at and passed majority and said property being yet in community who declared to me Deputy Recorder that for and in consideration of the price and sums hereafter expressed they do by these presents grant bargain all transfer assign and set overwith a full guarantee against all debts mortgages clains donations alientation or other incumbrances whatsoever until Margarget K. ADDISON,wife of Ira E. ADDISON died resident of Tangipahoa Parish, La her present accepting and purchasing from her heirs all title undivided interests or shares in and to the following described property towit; 1st A certain tract of land lying and being in Tangipahoa Parish (formerly in Livingston) and being the South East quarter of the North west quarter of section no. nine in Township no. six south of range w seven east in the Greensburg Land District of Louisiana containing forty and 50/100 acres as per patent no 1599 of the State of Louisiana; also the west half of the northwest quarter of section seven in Township six south of Range seven East in the Greensburg Land District containing eighty acres and sixteen hundredth of an acre as per U.S. Graduation Cerrtificate No. 3053 said tract also lying in Tangipahoa Parish (formerly Livingston) and aggregating in all (121) one hundred and twenty 74/100 acres together with all the buildings improvements rights titles interests and claims thereunto belonging: To have and to hold the said property unto the said purchaser her heirs and assigns to them proper use forever and the said vendors for themselves?? And assignas unto the said purchaser shall and will warrant and forever defend the said property against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever subjecting the said purchaser to all the rights and actions of warranty. They have against this ? vendor or against all preceding vendors. This sale is made for the price of and sum of ninety (90)dollars cash in hand paid by he purchaser paying the amount of TEN (10) dollars in cash to each on of the nine heirs. The receipt of which acknowledged.
