Dated 5-4-1841  Before Peter Bankston appeared Mrs. Eleanor Schillings, wife
of John Schillings, decd., declared on 5-28-1835 that John Schillings did sell
to Valzine Schillings, 100 acres donation form government bounded on N,W, & S
by Jacob Schilling and E by Gov. land in consideration of $58.25.  She states
that her renunciation was not regularly made at the purchase so therefore does
the same.  Wit; Jas. Roberts, Thos. E. Tate, Recd.  Bk. A p. 62-63  Recd
