On the 27th Aug, 1831 at public auctionŠ. Property of the late Priscilla
RichardsonŠ. Consisting of 150 acres on Big CreekŠ bounded south by Cullen
Sanders, north by Thos. T. Addison, and on all other sides by vacant landŠ.
Casli (Casbi?) became the purchases for $81.  Thos. C. Warner, Judge.  Samuel
