A Confederate Jasmine flanks the walkway and other plants add to the spring setting. It is fronted by a spacious lawn dotted with pines and dogwoods. Masses of hollies, azaleas, and pyrocanthas are well grouped here also. Inside is bright and beautiful. Much white and electric blue is used. All details are perfectly carried out in living room, dining room, den, kitchen, and breakfast room. The home is geared for hospitality and cheerfulness with its bright colors. Sofas and chairs form a conversational setting in the living room and colors harmonize in the dining area, den and kitchen, The family room continues the color harmony and the fireplace lends a note of warmth to the room where Margaret Vaughan said, "this is where we really live." The garden houses a pool and cabana as an asset for outdoor entertainment. (From ECHOES FROM THE ATTIC, IX, 1976, by Edna Campbell) (Pic of the house)
