VIEUX CARRE

A "Vieux Carre" type patio highlights the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hardy Richardson.  
The location is downtown Ponchatoula, 115 West Pine.  The patio portrays a summer 
scene and a glimpse of French Quarter courtyard trends.  The patio is entirely 
covered with brick features, raised beds and winding brick walls outlined with 
tropical and native plants and shrubs.

Hardy and Paulette designed the patio, selected the plants and did most of the 
work to create a Vieux Carre effect.
