H. Bodker, H. T. Carley, E. E. Curtis, Nolan Causey, John Davis, P. J. Derbes, R. Dwyer, Landis Ellzey, Ruby Fast, H. Galatas, Geo. Goodman, W. C. Hawkins, E. Haight, Sneed Jackson, E. E. Kirkham, E. P. Kinchen, Kelly Mathern, W. S. Morris, Henry Neihaus, Hilda Olson, J. E. Perrin, Wm. Seitz, L. Stephens, Savant Spinks, Hester Threadgill, Lester Vinyard, Audrey Verneuil, Dorothy Wells, J. M. Welles and C. H. Wilkins. The following young ladies were also awarded ribbons: Miss Kay Dwyer, Miss Sammy Hagg, Miss Pearl Kemp, Miss Bobby King, Miss Vera Poche, Miss Mary Schmidt, Miss Doris Schmidt, Miss M Varnado, Miss Oneida Ward, Miss Edna Ward. To represent 60 hours of work in Surgical Dressing, the following were awarded a blue star: Mrs. H. McClellan, Mrs. Ruby Kemp, and Mrs. Jack Vaughan.
