Bickford, 58, former education supervisor and state legislator, were Monday from Holy Ghost Catholic Chruch of Hammond. Burial was in Rose Memorial Cemetery BISHOP, JUDSON KENNETH, SR., 27 Mar 1975 Funeral services for Judson Kenneth Bishop Sr. will be held at First Methodist Church of Ponchatoula on Friday. He was 66, native of Lieray, S. C., a resident of Waycross, Ga., and former resident of Ponchatoula. A retired accountant, Mr. Bishop was a former Ponchatoula town alderman, member of the Ponchatoula Kiwanis Club, a member of the board of commissioners of Housing Authority of Ponchatoula Inc., member of National Society of Public Accountants, and a member of First United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret Riley Bishop. Mr. Vinyard was a retired postmaster of Ponchatoula after 23 years of service. Local survivors are his wife, Mrs. Julianna Verburg Vinyard; his mother, Mary Addie Vinyard; two brothers, Oscar and Walter Vinyard; and a sister, Mrs. Francis (Edith) Liles.
