She was a native of Velma, a former resident of New Orleans and a retired nurse. She is survived by one son, George Perrier of Kansas City; three daughters, Elise Adams of New Orleans, Cheryl Forney-Vaughn and Darlene Forney-Banks, both of Hammond; one brother, Herman Nelson of Hammond; one sister, Lucille Abram of Hammond; and 10 grandchildren. He was a member of Plumbing and Pipefitters Local 198 of Baton Rouge. He is survived by one daughter, Audrey Hoover Al-Hinai of Albany; two sons, William M. Hoover of Arkansas and Anthony Bradley Hoover of Albany; nine grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Julia Verona Hoover; his parents, Finley and Laura Boudreaux Hoover; one sister, Artemese "Ty" Fletcher; and two brothers, Bray and Gates Hoover. She is survived by one brother, Otto Courtney of Amite. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Webb; her parents, J.B.
