He was a native of Franklin County, Tenn., and a retired carpenter. Survivors include his daughters, Brenda Alan Dodson of Fancy Farm, Ky., Melissa James Towry of Brentwood, Tenn., and Bambi J.L. Bunn of Tullahoma, Tenn.; his brother, John T. Harris of Midland, Tenn.; and three sisters, Bettye Harris and Rosemary Riley, both of Winchester, Tenn., and Virginia Ramsey of Hammond; five grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. The Revs. Steve Grubbs and Pat Allison conducted the funeral Saturday at the Watson- Gamble Funeral home in Winchester, Tenn. Burial was in Franklin Memorial Gardens. ALBERT JOSEPH HOHENSEE ST. FRANCISVILLE - Albert Joseph "Captain Albert" Hohensee, 94, died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2003, in St. Francisville. He was a retired riverboat captain with approximately 58 years of service and retired from Bisso Bros. and the state of Louisiana. He was an avid fisherman on the Mississippi River and the youngest man to receive a masters license for a river boat pilot during his era. Survivors include two daughters, Gloria Hohensee Dedon of St. Francisville and Rhoda M. Hohensee Verret of Denham Springs; three sons, Albert J. Hohensee of Bossier City, Donald Paul Hohensee of Hammond and Donald Paul Hohensee of Pottsville, Ark.; two brothers, James Hohensee Sr. and Carrol Hohensee Sr., both of Denham Springs; 29 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchilden and great-great-grandchildren. His wife, Etta Mae Dillinger Hohensee; two daughters, Lily Mae Hohensee and Estelle H. Stoner; and his siblings, William and Tillie Hohensee, Obedia Vicknair, Lois McCann and Ollie Gonzales; preceded him in death. FRED ARTHUR GUILLOT Fred Arthur Guillot, 60, died Saturday, Feb. 1, 2003, at North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. He was a native of Port Allen and director of distance learning at Southeastern Louisiana University. He was a retired major with the U.S. Air Force having served two tours in Vietnam and receiving a Silver Star. He also received the Distinguished Flying Cross and three awards of the Air Medal for his achievements as an F-111 fighter-bomber weapons systems officer in Southeast Asia. He is survived by his wife, Blanche J. Guillot of Hammond; his mother, June Smith Guillot of Baton Rouge; six children, Kate M. MANY - Harry Ray Hataway Sr., 78, died Monday, Feb. 3, 2003, at Many Health Care North. A native of Parsons, Kan., he was a graduate of Phillips University and retired as chaplain in the U.S. Army as a lieutenant colonel. He served with the 70th Infantry in the European Theater in World War II, with the 45th in Korea and the 1st Infantry Division in Vietnam. He served as a minister at the First Christian churches both in Crowley and Hammond. He retired from the ministry in 1987. He is survived by his wife, Cleo Hataway of Many; two sons, Clayton M.
