He was born Sunday, October 19, 1924 in Independence, son of the late Russell and Jennie Anzalone Alack. Mr. Alack was a US Navy Veteran of WWII. He was a retired boilermaker, an excellent farmer, a wonderful father and husband, and a friend to all. Surviving are his wife, Frances Peco Alack and three daughters, Peggy Louise Alack, Kathy Alack Dragland, Donna Marie Alack; son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Kim Alack; two grandchildren, Gabriel Dennis Alack, Kristin Kathleen Alack; two brothers, Charlie Alack, Russell Alack Jr.; five sisters, Sarah Barovechio, Rosalie Taylor, Jennie Gaumond, Josie Burris, and Lauretta Guillot.
