ALLEMAN, WENDY RAINES
Wendy Raines Alleman, 43, died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2000, at Hammond Nursing
Home. She was a native of New Orleans. Survivors include her father, the
Rev. Elester E. Raines; stepmother, Connie H. Raines, Tickfaw; former
husband, David Alleman, Metairie; brother, Kerry B. Raines, Houma; sister,
Sheilah Raines, Kenner; stepbrother, Patrick Henagan, Independence; three
stepsisters, Charlene Oxenbol, Ramie Howlett and Sharon LeBlanc, all of
Groves, Texas. Her mother, Vebia P. Raines, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be at College Town Baptist Church, Hammond, tonight from 6
to 10. The Rev. Marshall Wallace will conduct the funeral Saturday at 
10 a.m., and burial will be in Reed/Raines Memorial Gardens, Uneedus.
Geisler Funeral Home, Hammond, is in charge.
