ALVARADO, CELIN
Independence -- Celin Alvarado, 33, died Friday, May 14, 2004, at Charity 
Hospital in New Orleans.  He was a native of El Salvador and a resident 
of Independence.  Survivors include his wife, Irma Hernandez De Alvarado, 
Independence; his daughter, Yennifer Alvarado, Independence; his sisters, 
Dora Alvarado and Romilia Alvarado, both of Atlanta, and Orlindo Alvarado, 
El Salvador; his brothers, Edgardo and Santiago Alvarado, both of Hammond, 
Luis Rivas, Independence, and Miguel and Alfredo Alvarado, both of El 
Salvador.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Herminio Guardado and 
Emilia Alvarado, his brothers, Ciril, Uwilfido and Polin Alvarado, and 
his sister, Odelina Alvarado.Visitation will be held today at Harry 
McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, from 10 a.m. until the religious 
service at 5 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in El 
Salvador.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to his 
daughter, Yennifer Alvarado, at 55335 De La Paz, Independence, 70443.
