AMERSON, BONNIE ROGERS
Bonnie Rogers Amerson, age 59, died on June 23, 2009 at North Oaks Medical
Center. She was a native of Tickfaw and resident of Independence and former
manager of Golden Corral restaurant.  Survivors include her husband, James
"Ted" Amerson; daughter , Robin Miceli and son-in-law, Anthony Miceli of
Natalbany; three grandchildren, Jeremy Bigner, Independence, Gabrielle
Miceli and Hannah Miceli, Natalbany; 2 brothers, William Alton Rogers and
Robert "Bobby" Rogers and 3 sisters, Marie Rogers, Eva Rogers Denham, and
Joyce Rogers Smart, all of Natalbany and numerous nieces and nephews.  She
was preceded in death by her parents, William and Elsie Davis Rogers; her
sister, Barbara Rogers Hebert; and her brother, Ray Rogers. Family and
friends are invited to the visitation at Geisler Funeral Home of Hammond on
Friday, June 26 from 6 until 9 pm and on Saturday after 8:30 am until the
religious service at 10 am.  The family requests that flower memorials be
