She was lovingly referred to as "DODO" by many, a name given to her by her oldest grandchild. She was born on June 11, 1921, to Lee and Lillian Cox Dreher in Wilson, a twin weighing only one pound at birth. She retired from East Louisiana State Hospital after more than 28 years as a social worker, having worked in many areas from the Alcoholic Treatment Service to the Forensic Unit and for many years in the Oakcrest building with adults with behavior disabilities. She was preceded in death by her parents; three infant sons; a twin brother; three other brothers, Wilton, Don, and Lee Dreher; a sister, Helen Iverson Sibley; and former husband, T.J. Anding. She is survived by two daughters, Pat Mollere, of Hammond, and Shirley Lord and husband Don, of Jackson; son, Jim Anding, of Heber Springs, Ark.; sister, Pat Anding, of San Antonio; six grandchildren, Philip Mollere, of Covington, Philicia Mollere, of Ponchatoula, Brad Lord and wife Ada, of St. Francisville, Donna Gray and husband Bill, of Houston, Laura Link and husband Dana, of Dallas, and Jennifer McNeal and husband Skeeter, of St. Francisville; and 16 great- grandchildren, a great-great-grandchild, other relatives and many friends. Pallbearers will be her son, grandsons and great-grandchildren. Honorary pallbearers are Don Lord, G. Steve Robertson, Skeeter McNeal, Dana Link, Bill Gray, Eric Oberschmidt and Dr. Kemp Amacker. Visiting at Charlet Funeral Home Inc., Zachary, on Saturday, May 8, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Visiting resumes at Wilson Community Church on Sunday, May 9, from 12:30 p.m. until religious service at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Alvin Hall and assisted by Dr. Wayne Barnes and the Rev. Darwin Hall. Burial in Eastern Star Cemetery, Wilson.
