Religious service at Beulah Baptist Church, Tangipahoa, at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. Mason Miley and the Rev. Harlon Toney. Interment in church cemetery. Survived by a son, James Walter "Boe" Archer Jr., Kentwood; a daughter, Lillie Ann Archer Purvis, Hattiesburg; a grandson, Russ Purvis, Hattiesburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
