ARTIETA, MARGARET KATHERINE FELKER 
A resident of Denham Springs, she passed away Sunday, Oct. 9, 2005, at
Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans. She was 65. Katherine enjoyed quilting in
her free time, but truly enjoyed just being "mom." Visitation at Seale
Funeral Home, Denham Springs, on Monday, Oct. 10, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Graveside service at Zion Hill Baptist Cemetery, Independence, at 11 a.m.
Tuesday. She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Kelly Artieta,
and Frank and Vernie Artieta; stepgrandson, James Abbott; sister, Goldie
Kinchen; three brothers, George, John and Jerry Felker; and numerous nieces
and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hilbourne Wilton and
Margaret Brown Felker; and a brother, H.W. Felker.
